A work class offering a focus on our approach to 'balance'. One might find that the fundamentals used to approach key asanas within our yoga practice offers the same key approach when off the mat! Precise alignment, Engagement of foundational muscle, Strategic use of props, and the building of Stability from the ground up. All levels are welcome...we all start somewhere, and sometimes we step back and begin again... *Hatha yoga includes physical postures [asana], breathing techniques [pranayama], meditation and is characterized by slow, static holds and a focus on proper alignment. Benefits include Strength, Flexibility/Mobility, Mental Health and Balance. We ask that you Pre-Register for Classes: Please give us a 4 HOUR notice that you are attending class!
