Service Description

A gentle, modified form of yoga that uses a chair for support, making traditional poses accessible to older adults and those with limited mobility. It involves seated and standing postures, breathing exercises, and stretches designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and circulation, while also reducing stress, chronic pain, and improving mental clarity. 12 Hours Pre-Registration required / 4 Hours Cancellation notice, Thank you.
