Service Description

Pilates provides strengthening, lengthening and balance for full body conditioning with a focus on developing a strong core; an essential for Yoga. This class allows students to enhance everyday movements and exercise through the engagement of the core muscles, which support the back and mid-section of the body. These movements integrate endurance with fluidity of movement resulting in a full body workout. The utilization of great releases allow for an increase in flexibility, and provides multi-levels to suit the individual goals of each student as you start where you are. We ask that you Pre-Register for Classes: Please give us 12 hours notice that you are attending class! If you need to Cancel your registration, please give us at least 4 hours notice!
