Service Description

Vinyasa offers the experience of mind, body and soul via an inward awareness orchestrated through traditional organizing principles of breath, focus, integration of action within asana stillness, and slow to moderate movement. Reasons a Slow Vinyasa Practice is Worth It: *You will build a Life-long Vinyasa Practice through functionality building of body, creating a practice that is sustainable well into our Senior years. *Your Practice won't Hurt: A Slower Flow practice offers the opportunity to simplify, to be more specific and more attentive; time to learn why your practice may be hurting you vs healthing you! *Prevents Injury; Sustainability and Injury prevention should be up close and personal...so should your Vinyasa practice. *An Opportunity to build relationship with your Self; Listening has a close and personal relationship with your Inner Voice, the wisdom behind Sustainability and Injury prevention in your Vinyasa. *You will find Gratitude for the Body you have been given! A slower practice grows Gratitude and Grace in your incredible body and all that it can do. *Builds Mindfulness! Flinging your body around on the mat is simply not sustainable, the alternative practice of deeply grounding can be. As you develop grounded and mindful asana on the mat you'll find that the same cultivates off the mat! *Precise and Specific Focus dials you in to a higher level of mindfulness within each asana...all leading to that practice that will sustain throughout your lifetime! *Slow Flow movement is more Challenging than faster Vinyasa; slowing down offers an elevated, more advanced practice - you will feel the difference immediately! *And the best of all...Slow Flow Feels Good! Linking breath to precise, specific, focused asana will allow the 'Wow, I feel really good' Ah-Ha moments well into later years! Who doesn't want to build THAT kind of practice? Slow movement with the power of steady inhale and exhale while connecting one pose to another; mindful transitions with refined sun salutations, twists, stretches - Yes Please!
