Pilates provides strengthening, lengthening and balance for full body conditioning with a focus on developing a strong core; an essential for Yoga. This class allows students to enhance everyday movements and exercise through the engagement of the core muscles, which support the back and mid-section of the body. These movements integrate endurance with fluidity of movement resulting in a full body workout. The utilization of great releases allow for an increase in flexibility, and provides multi-levels to suit the individual goals of each student as you start where you are.
