Service Description

What is Sadhana? 'Everything can be sadhana. The way you eat, the way you sit, the way you stand, the way you breathe, the way you conduct your body, mind and your energies and emotions – this is sadhana. Sadhana does not mean any specific kind of activity, sadhana means you are using everything as a tool for your wellbeing'~ Sadhguru Each month an inspiration for your Sadhana practice will be provided ~ or, spend time within your own practices! *DANA Pass Donation members appointments available during this time as well. We ask that you Pre-Register for Classes: Please give us 12 hours notice that you are attending class! If you need to Cancel your registration, please give us at least 4 hours notice!
